Join our presenters Anna Perry and Jennifer Nolan for this dynamic session as they “walk you through” the admission process, from the initial phone call to long term retention, sharing insights and techniques for attracting students and developing strategic admissions practices to support the healthy growth of your school.
Enrollment is an ongoing challenge for many schools today, between the economy and the influx of other private schools, many Montessori schools are searching for ways to attract new families to their programs. Come learn more about the essential nature of each contact and the ways we can convert an inquiry into student registration.
This session will cover topics including: stages of recruitment – from marketing materials and tours, to programs and environments; strategic admissions placement; retention of students; and capitalizing on every educational opportunity.

About our Presenters:
Anna P. Perry is currently the Executive Director of Seton Montessori Institute and Schools, based in Clarendon Hills, Illinois. She holds a B.A. from Tufts University, and an Ed.M. from Harvard University. Anna also received her American Montessori Society (AMS) Teacher Certification from the NYU Montessori Teacher Education Program and her AMS Administrator Credential from Seton Montessori Institute. Anna is a lecturer in various topics including school administration, working with parents and Montessori Philosophy, and consults for Montessori programs across the country and around the world.
Jennifer Nolan holds an AMS Early Childhood and Adminstrator Credential and serves as Head of School at Seton Montessori School in Clarendon Hills, IL. Jennifer is a Faculty lecturer for the Seton Montessori Institute Teacher Education Program and has worked in Montessori school administration for eight years, as well as having been a Montessori child herself. With a degree in journalism and over a decade working in corporate communication and training, Jennifer specializes in communication with parents, staff and student resource specialists.
