Seton Montessori Institute students are welcome to obtain housing at the Concordia University Campus Dormitory.  You may choose to have a room by yourself, or a room shared with another SMI student.  We at the SMI office will help assign roommates and receive your registration and check, and Concordia University will reserve your room on a first come, first served basis.

Housing Costs

Single room: $55 per day.

Shared room with another student: $50 per day.

NOTE: You must pay for weekend days, even if you travel home then.

Payment Schedule

Your first payment of 50% of total housing cost, payable to Concordia University, is to be submitted to Seton Montessori Institute, along with the SMI Housing Concordia Application.  The Concordia University Housing Office will collect the remainder of your housing fee upon check-out.

Provided Items

• Two sheets, 1 towel, and one washcloth which are replaced each week; one pillow and one blanket.  Beds are extra-long twins.
• Rooms include a desk and lamp for each student, as well as hookup for Internet access.
• The Community Center is open to students 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Monday – Saturday; and 10:00 AM – 11:00 PM on Sunday.
• Parking on campus is free.  Overnight parking is on Level 2A and above of the parking deck.
• Microwaves are located on each floor or in each cluster.  Appliances for the rooms must stay under 2 amps (under 100 watts).
