This course is offered entirely online and will meet via Zoom.
Topics of study include Montessori Philosophy and the Child, Prepared Environment and Materials, Development of Team, Observation and Planning, Personal Development as a Reflective Practitioner, The Art of Engagement/Classroom Management, Revisiting Materials, and Leadership Skills.
The course will include 15 hours of live online sessions plus 12-15 hours of asynchronous work, inspiration, and resource sharing hosted through our Learning Management System, Canvas.

Sessions meet on the second Thursday* of the month from 6:30-8:00 p.m. CT.
Session dates: August 10*, September 12, October 10, November 14, January 11*, February 13, March 13, and April 10.
Each semester kicks off with a 3-hour session designed to create community and set the course for the semester's content (Saturday, August 10 and January 11; 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. CT)
Registration Deadline is Monday, August 5, 2024. This is a limited cohort course. Enrollment is based on availability. All enrollment after this date will be assessed a $25 late fee.
The registration fee of $10 is non-refundable. If a cancellation is received on or before August 5, 2024, a refund of $490 will be given. There will be no refunds for withdrawal requests received after the start of the first class on August 10, 2024. Seton Montessori Institute is not responsible for other financial obligations incurred by participants.
