Job Title: Montessori Paraprofessional

Description: The Montessori Training and Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing teachers and school leaders with training on implementing Montessori core curriculum in alignment with the vision of excellent instruction and school’s Tactile Improvement Plan (TIP). They will also be responsible for designing and delivering District-wide professional development and supporting Montessori PreK – 8th grade teachers and school-based staff with analyzing and acting upon student data from formative and summative standards-aligned assessments. This role includes instructional coaching in Montessori classrooms across PreK – 8 grade bands in multiple DPSCD Montessori schools.
