Description: The primary classroom includes children ages two and half to six years old. You will work closely with a supportive assistant teacher and a wonderful parent and family community. The classroom is a bright airy room opening to a large wooded, natural playscape. Our school offers a beautiful clean work environment and a strong staff culture. Our administrative team works closely with all of our teachers and classrooms to ensure teachers are fully supported to meet our mission and put the children first. We value clear communication and a belief that even as adults, we are never finished learning.
ABOUT OUR SCHOOL:
Green Tree Montessori is a small Montessori school in Kirkwood. We have one infant classroom, one toddler classroom, and one primary classroom. Our mission is to provide a Montessori education, rooted in equitable access for all children to reach their full potential. We emphasize peace education, personal responsibility, celebration for cultural diversity, and a respect for nature. We treat all children with respect and allow each individual child to reach their full potential. We are an American Montessori Society member school working toward full accreditation.
