Optimal candidate has a minimum of three (3) years experience in an elementary classroom, interest in Montessori philosophy and education, experience with classroom set-up, materials presentation, curriculum management, and excellent parent relationship skills. Bachelor's degree in Education preferred; any field required. Montessori certification preferred, not required. AK Teaching certification not required.

Position offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package including:
